Self Collection Orders: Call the hotline provided 3 hours before your selected date and timeslot to confirm that you will be coming down. Proceed to the collection point located near Paris Baguette at Level 1 Terminal 3.

Delivery Orders: The courier company will contact you via the mobile number you had provided during the online purchase to arrange for delivery.

You may shop as a guest however if you would like a record of your past purchase, we encourage you to register for an account.

Delivery Orders: As the courier company will contact you directly to arrange for delivery, orders should be placed minimally 3-5 working days in advance to allow for sufficient time for delivery.

Yes, you can earn Changi Rewards points with your purchases. You will need to provide your email address linked to your OneChangi ID, as well as your Changi Rewards card number. Changi Rewards points will be credited after collection of purchase.

The collection point is located in Terminal 3, Level 1 (Arrival Hall) near the Paris Baguette outlet. Please call 94381096 3 hours ahead. Self-collection hours are between 10.00am to 10.00pm.

Please bring along your collection slip and a photo identification bearing the same name that was indicated for the purchase for verification purposes.

You may choose for the delivery to be made either on weekdays or weekends (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays), with 3 timeslots available to select. The courier company will contact you via the phone number that was provided at the point of purchase to arrange for the delivery.

You may choose one of the following time slots below at the checkout page:

  • 10am to 1pm
  • 1pm to 4pm
  • 4pm to 8pm

Delivery is not available on Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays.   Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery and the courier company will contact you to confirm the date and time prior to delivery.  For deliveries with specific timings / urgent, a surcharge of SGD$30-$60 will apply. Surcharge to be paid directly to courier company at point of delivery.

Yes, there will be charges for re-delivery. Customers will need to pay directly to the courier company for any charges incurred due to re-delivery and special arrangements for specific date and time.

We will process the cancellation for you and the refund amount will be credited back to the credit card you used for payment.

If the promo code used entitles you to a discount with a minimum spend condition within a transaction, you can request for a partial refund by calling DFS customer service hotline +65 6891 9180, which will be processed as follows:

a. If the nett spend (after deducting the partial refund) is above the minimum spend stipulated for that particular promotion, the full value of the partial refund will be returned to the Customer;

b. If the nett spend falls below the minimum spend in such a case, the discount value will be deducted from the partial refund.

c. With any refund where the value falls below the purchase qualifier, the gift with purchase would be forfeited.
