  • + How can I be eligible for the free delivery service?  
You will need to spend a minimum of S$150 for delivery in Singapore. Customer details entered in the iShopChangiWines purchase order have to be the traveler’s details.
  • + When will I receive my orders?
For orders above S$150, you may choose between delivery on weekdays or Saturday. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery and the courier company will contact you to confirm the date and time prior to delivery.
For deliveries with specific timings / urgent, a surcharge of SGD$30-$60 will apply. Surcharge to be paid directly to courier company at point of delivery.
  • + Which products are eligible for delivery?
All products on the website is available for home delivery, with a minimum spend of S$150.
  • + Are there any delivery restrictions?
In-Singapore delivery is currently only available for orders above S$150. We offer delivery to all addresses within Singapore, excluding no-delivery zones here.
International delivery is currently not available.
  • + Do you deliver to hotels in Singapore?
Yes, we do deliver to hotels for orders above S$150.
  • + Can I choose a delivery time slot?
You may choose one of the following time slots below at the checkout page:
  • 10am to 1pm
  • 1pm to 4pm
  • 4pm to 8pm

Delivery is not available on Sundays and Singapore Public Holidays.

  • + How do I track my order? 
For Home Delivery, please contact 6891 9180 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 9.00am to 5.45pm or email SINDP@dfs.com.
For Self-Collection at Changi Airport, please call 94381096 at least 3 hours before your collection.
  • + I entered the wrong address, what should I do?  
Please contact DFS at 6891 9180 on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays) between 9.00am to 5.45pm and quote your order number or email SINDP@dfs.com.
  • + What should I do if my order has not arrived?
You may contact the courier company at 8168 7067 or 9855 3136.
  • + Will I get charged for a re-delivery?
Yes, there will be charges for re-delivery. Customers will need to pay directly to the courier company for any charges incurred due to re-delivery and special arrangements for specific date and time.
